Q – Will there be any error codes on my cluster or radio interference after I installed your products?
A – Rest assured, absolutely not. All our products undergo a strict testing phase before entering the market. If we have a product on the market, it means it’s went through a lenghty testing process and is 100% compatible with all vehicle-, road- and safety specifications.
Q – Will I lose my active vehicle warranty when I install your product?
A – Although we can’t guarantee a difficult and unreasonable dealership won’t try and use our product as a convenient excuse to not take responsibility for a mechanically defective product, there are no physical alterations made to your vehicle’s wiring or software whatsoever. Our products use the exact same plug & play technology that your standard OEM bulbs use. If anything, we believe our product puts much less strain on your vehicle’s wiring system, EDCU as well as lenses for it runs much cooler than normal halogen bulbs, it consumes much less power than standard halogen bulbs and they last much longer than standard halogen bulbs, just to name a few. We also have working relationships with selected manufacturer dealerships across the country to install our products on brand new, showroom-condition vehicles about to be delivered to clients. If they trust us and our products, rest assured, so can you.
Q – Is it easy to install? Can I install your product myself?
A – Our products use the same direct plug & play technology than standard halogen bulbs that came from the manufacturer’s production line. We do prefer that our products get installed by a Syncro approved agent as LED’s and the chip sets specifically can be damaged during installation if not handled with extreme precaution and care during installation. But if you don’t have two left hands and you’re confident that you’re up for the task, you’re more than welcome to install yourself. Note that our products do not include installation instructions and warranty claims on a DIY installation may be limited and subject to an inspection before any outcome is finalised.
Q – What do I do when one of my Syncro products suddenly become defective?
A – All our products carry a 1 year unlimited kilometers warranty from the date installed or purchased, so if you’re still within the warranty period, kindly contact us and we’ll assess the situation and ensure you are back on the road within no time. If you’re outside of your warranty period of 1 year, you may have to purchase a new unit or a set depending on which series you had installed originally and whether we still have replacement units available for that specific series, but please get in touch with us anyway and we’ll see how we can get you back on the road as soon as possible.
Q – How long can I expect your product to last in my vehicle?
A – Even though it’s impossible to determine an exact expiry date on any electronic product, rest assured that LED’s are specifified to last between 30 000 (thirty thousand) and 60 000 (sixty thousand) working hours before it reaches its end of life cycle.
Q – How long will it take for my order to arrive after payment?
A – If your order is placed after hours or before 9am, it will be sent out the same day during the week and depending on where you are located, may take up to 3 business days to reach you. If you’re in a “main city centre” it shouldn’t take longer than 2 business days and more than likely will reach you the day after you’ve placed your order. Please note that The Courier Guy’s overnight (OVN) service does specifiy on their website delivery may take 1-2 business days and not necessarily the following day. You will receive a tracking number and regular email updates regarding your delivery, after you’ve placed your order
